LandCurrent provides landscape architectural consulting services for projects varying in scale and program: urban design, public parks and natural areas, institutional and commercial development, and contemporary garden design. Founded in 2001 as A. Van Asperdt p.c., we are now doing business as LandCurrent. High Art Unique Artistic Concepts LandCurrent practices landscape architecture as art. We even have a recognized Pacific Northwest artist on staff. We look closely at the site specific characteristics and challenges of every landscape and its user’s needs. This results in strong distinctive concepts that are contemporary in form and the underlying issues that drive form. Because of this conceptual strength, supported by thoughtfulness and craftsmanship down to the smallest detail, our designs stand out as unique artistic solutions. Deep Roots Sustainable Solutions LandCurrents supports the use of sustainable materials and construction techniques in every project. LandCurrent has been on the forefront of integrated stormwater solutions. Our staff includes a biologist and we partner with natural resource specialists on many of our projects. |
