In 2015 the residents at Red Fox Hills Townhomes recognized that their communal  landscape  had aged, and that over time the planting had lost coherence. This lack of coherence was in part due to the different agendas, planting preferences, and maintenance philosophies of the different residents and maintenance companies at Red Fox Hills Townhomes. LandCurrent developed a Landscape Master Plan with input from residents.
